Training
Our training
facility in Oklahoma City has been equipped and designed to quickly give you
all the information and training you need to be confident in professionally
providing a high level of service to your companies travelers.
Classes are limited in
size to insure that you receive all the personal attention you need. Each
student works from his own computer terminal. No prior travel agency experience is required - our
instructors are trained to present the information in easily understood
terms and follow a carefully thought out curriculum to make sure all aspects
of the travel business are covered.
A part of your
affiliation fee includes 2 days of comprehensive indoctrination training at
our facility in Oklahoma City, a cruise orientation seminar including
ship inspections in Miami or Los Angeles. The two-day session is designed
to familiarize you with the travel industry and teach you how to research
and book air tickets, hotel rooms and car rentals. We will also teach
you about the cruise and land tour packages that may come in handy for
company meetings or awards. You
will also learn to use the Sabre GDS system, professional and Point &
Click versions.
