It is in our mutual best interests to see that you succeed as a home-based Certified Travel agent.  To this end, we provide a high level of  support in a number of ways.

7/24 Staff Support  While you are expected to complete your training and be able to sell and book travel, our staff of travel experts will be available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.  We are only a phone call away when you run into a problem you can't handle. It makes sense for us to make sure you don't stumble as you learn the travel business. Even after you have been at it for a while unusual situations will occur that require our assistance. Be assured that the assistance you need will be forthcoming. It is in our interest to see that you succeed and we won't let you falter.

Resource Center Support  The Resource Center is a password protected area of our web site entirely devoted to supporting you.  It includes all of the operating and training manuals you need to operate your Certified Travel Agency.   Commissions we have negotiated with our suppliers are listed.  A Help section is included to aid you  in finding help to solve problems that come up. Finally, a number of links to important travel information located in other web sites is included.
